Awards Presentation

DEADLINE: FRIDAY 12 December 2025

As part of your sponsorship, a representative from your company will present the trophy, relating to the category you are sponsoring, to the winner on stage.

How it works

  • Your representative will be collected from their table two/three awards before your category.
  • They will be taken back stage and given a golden envelope detailing the winner.
  • Your representative will be announced to the stage by the host, they should make their way to the empty lectern.
  • When prompted by the host, after the shortlist has been announced, the representative should read what is printed inside the envelope.
  • Sponsor, winner and host then gather in the centre of the stage for a photograph; sponsor and winner exit the stage and return to their tables.

Please note: this is how your company will be referred to throughout the evening.

We recommend that sponsor representatives attend a rehearsal to familiarise themselves with the process. This will take place at 18:30 on 29th January by the side of stage.
